At FlexPrism, we take pride in delivering high-quality print-on-demand products made just for you. Because our items are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your order and will work with you in cases of defects, damage, or errors.


1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • The product received is not the item you ordered.
  • The product arrives with significant manufacturing or printing errors.

To qualify, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Since each product is custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
  • Wrong size or color ordered (please check size charts carefully before purchase)
  • Custom/personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at admin@flexprism.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Replacements

In most cases, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost to you.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After fulfillment begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

7. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement where possible.
